Surf Girls Of Maui has changed its title
to Blue Crush, its star Michelle Rodriguez said in an interview
with Sun Times columnist Cindy Pearlman.

Horizons posted one of the first images from the 'untitled
surf movie' that stars Michelle Rodriguez. The image was
released by Universal in their 2002 release preview.

What do we know about this movie. Well, not a lot to be honest
but what a title for a movie. Sounds way too much like a super
cheap porno doesn't it. But no, this is a genuine film title.
The movie stars Michelle Rodriguez, yes the super hard, razor
sharp tongued star of Girlfight.
Little is known about the content of the movie, but I think
the title says it pretty much doesn't it? I mean it's about
surfing, it has girls in it, its based on Maui. It's not gonna
be a dark dystopian nightmare is it ?
Personally I would like to think the fact that Michelle Rodriguez
is in it is going to give it a bit of sas, hey you never know
the title Surf Girls of Maui may just be a cover for an action
thriller set on Maui, or a cop drama, but then again it may
just be Baywatch the Movie.
