The Baby Juice Express Updated :

Just received an email from one of the producers of The Baby Juice Express who informs me that Phil Davis, who has appeared in such films as Alien 3, Face and Still Crazy, also stars in the film. He also pointed me toward Phantom Pictures official site that includes more information on the movie and the first promo pic. The following info also appears on the site.

"Baby Juice Express is an outrageous comedy heist movie with a difference - because the only thing being hijacked is a tube of criminal sperm!
Fast and spunky, the film is directed by Mike Hurst (New Blood) from a script co-written with lead actor Nick Moran (The Musketeer, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels), Baby Juice Express features some of the hottest comedy talents in the UK - including Nick Moran, Phil Davis (Face, Still Crazy),Steve Speirs (The Musketeer, Vacuums) and Samantha Janus (Up'n'Under, Breeders)". (more info on the official site)

It's noted that the film is not being distributed by Film Four as originally thought, but is being sold internationally by Fusion International.

Having a lot of trouble finding information on this one. Here's what I know. Co-written by Lock, Stock star Nick Moran, The Baby Juice Express is based around sperm smuggling in Bognor. The Sun Times posted information on the plot that read; "The film is about a gangster trying to get his sperm out of jail to father a child". That's all we know plot wise.

The film has a massive British cast that includes Moran himself, comedian Julian Clary, TV presenter/ musical Star (West End 'Chicago') Denise Van Outen, ex-boxer Joe Bugner, Samantha Janus from 'Game On', Arsenal football stars Ray Parlour and David Seaman, ex-gangster Dave Courtney and Lisa Faulkner from TV's 'Holby City'.

The film is directed by Michael Hurst whoose only other credit is the 1999 movie, New Blood, which also starred Nick Moran along with Joe Pantoliano, Carrie-Anne Moss and John Hurt.

The film will be released by Film Four in the UK. Currently there are no release dates or any other information available.
